MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, and click on any items that you GOTTA HAVE and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept PayPal and any major Credit Card.
BATTERY/CORE CHARGE
Core charge may be applied to engine assemblies, crankshafts, cylinders.
No returns on any Batteries.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
- - No returns on Electrical Parts, Decals, Marks, Emblems, Screws, Washers, Fasteners, Chemicals, and Special Tools.
- - All accepted returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- - All returns must be in new/original packaging and uninstalled condition.
- - All returns must have prior approval and a return authorization # on the box.
- - Failure to meet any of the listed criteria may result in refusal of the returned item.
- To process a return you must first request a Return Authorization by phone or e-mail.
- When approved you will be given a Return Authorization # which must be noted on the outside of the box being returned.
- Failure to follow this process may result in the item being returned to you and no credit issued.
ORDER/CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be sure you want something before you order it! In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it!! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the above return policy. Post-order size changes will be subject to the appropriate exchange fee.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within the time frame specified for each item as you place items in your cart. For Will Call orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item for you. You will be notified via Email in 1-2 days if your item is back ordered. You will have the option to cancel any back order item at any time.
PRICE CHANGES
Prices subject to change due to interchanged part numbers. In the event that this happens, we will contact you prior to shipping. Oversized boxes will cost more to ship. Prices subject to change without notice. In the event of a price increase we will contact you prior to placing your order.
TAX CHARGES
A standard tax rate of 8.250% will be charged to all customers unless correct forms are submitted for tax exemption.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO FREIGHT ORDERS
Please be sure to inspect the shipment for damage prior to signing for it. If there is noticeable damage to the box, please inspect the part for damage as well.
In the event that your part(s) is/are damaged, it is important that you refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. By signing for the shipment, you are agreeing that it was delivered in good condition, therefore no damage claim can be filed with the carrier.
Once the shipment is signed for, you are liable for any damage to the parts, so please be sure that your shipment has arrived in good condition prior to signing for it. If your delivery is being shipped to a commercial address, please be sure that any employee that could sign for it knows this information as well and either contacts you when the shipment comes in, or inspects it for damage before signing any paperwork.
**LIFT GATE NOTE** In the event that you should require a lift gate, the customer is responsible for the charges. These charges start at $90.00 USD from FedEx and you will get a bill in the mail from FedEx, after using this option.
